At New Leaf Care Services, our 24-Hour High-Intensity Nursing Care provides continuous, nurse-led support for participants with complex, chronic, or high-risk health needs. Delivered by experienced Registered Nurses, this service ensures safe, clinically governed care within the home or supported living environment.
This service is designed for participants who require around-the-clock nursing presence where funded and clinically indicated, due to the complexity or risk associated with their health needs. Our focus is on maintaining health, safety, dignity, and quality of life through individualised care, proactive clinical monitoring, and close collaboration with families, Support Coordinators, and healthcare professionals.

How support is delivered
